Ya Shi Xiang
This is a rare Dan Cong varietal grown in the Phoenix Mountains near Chaozhou in Guangdong Province, where the tea bushes are over 80 years old and cultivated naturally. Despite its unusual name, it is highly regarded for its exceptional aroma and refined character, with its name historically tied to the unique soil of the region.
This lightly oxidized oolong produces a fragrant cup with natural notes of flowers, honey, and longan. The mouthfeel is smooth and delicate, offering a balanced profile where subtle sweetness, gentle bitterness, and light astringency come together without overpowering one another.
