Wuyi Oolong
Organic Wuyi Oolong is a traditionally roasted tea from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province, a region known as the origin of oolong tea. The high-fire roasting process gives this tea its distinctive depth and mineral-rich character, shaped by the rocky terrain in which it is grown.
The cup is smooth and well-balanced, with a subtle complexity that unfolds over time. Notes of gentle honeyed florals and light nuttiness are complemented by a soft underlying fruitiness, creating a layered and grounded profile. Each infusion reveals additional nuance, making it well suited to steep multiple times.
Steeping Instructions:
- 8 oz water
- 1 teaspoon
- 195°F
- Steep for 3–5 minutes
- Re-infuse for additional cups
