High Mountain Jade Oolong

Organic High Mountain Jade Oolong is a refined, high-elevation tea crafted from the QingXin cultivar and lightly oxidized to preserve its natural clarity and aromatic complexity. Grown in mountainous conditions, this oolong develops a clean and expressive profile that reflects both its environment and careful processing.

The infusion is pale yellow and delicate, with a smooth, silky texture and a prominent floral aroma reminiscent of honeysuckle. Subtle notes of butter and soft sweetness emerge in the cup, with the fragrance leading the first infusion and deeper flavor developing gradually in subsequent steeps.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 195°F
• Steep for 4–6 minutes
