Silver Needle (White Tea)

Organic Silver Needle is one of the most highly regarded white teas, traditionally produced in the Fuding and Zhenghe regions of Fujian Province. Harvested briefly in early spring using only young buds, this tea reflects a careful and precise approach to cultivation and processing.

The infusion is pale and clear, with a soft, airy texture and a delicate floral aroma reminiscent of honeysuckle. Subtle notes of light sweetness and gentle fruit undertones create a clean and refreshing profile that remains smooth and refined across multiple infusions.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 180°F
• Steep for 3–5 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
