Fukamushicha

Organic Fukamushicha is a deeply steamed Japanese green tea, a style of sencha that undergoes extended steaming to create a richer, more full-bodied character. This longer steaming process softens the leaves significantly, allowing them to release more of their natural components into the cup.

The infusion is a deep, opaque green with a smooth, sweet, and umami-rich profile. Its flavor is more rounded and expressive than standard sencha, with a soft vegetal depth and natural sweetness that develops from the intensified steaming process.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 140°F
• Steep for 1–2 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
