Iron Goddess (Tie Guan Yin)

Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy, also known as Tie Guan Yin, is a traditional oolong originating from Anxi County in Fujian Province. This version is crafted in the classic style, with light oxidation and gentle roasting to preserve its natural balance and refined character.

The infusion is smooth and aromatic, with subtle notes of roasted buckwheat complemented by hints of dried apricot and roasted chestnut. Its profile is warm and well-rounded, offering a calm, layered experience that unfolds gradually with each steep.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 195°F
• Steep for 3–5 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
