Roasted Si Ji Chun is a robust oolong crafted with a higher level of oxidation and careful roasting, resulting in a deeper, more developed character. A portion of traditional Si Ji Chun is blended in to enhance the aroma and create a more layered and lasting profile.

The cup is smooth and full-bodied, with notes of ripe fruit, gentle sweetness, and a subtle floral finish that lingers. Its balanced roast brings warmth and complexity while maintaining the natural clarity of the leaf.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 195°F
• Steep for 2–5 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
